Drug Abuse Resistance Education - D.A.R.E.

Mission: Teaching students good decision making skills to help them lead safe and healthy lives.
D.A.R.E.’s primary mission is to provide children with the information and skills they need to live drug and violence free lives.
D.A.R.E. also establishes positive relationships between students, law enforcement, teachers, parents and other community leaders.
D.A.R.E. (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) is a collaborative program in which local law enforcement and local schools join together to educate students about the personal and social consequences of substance abuse and violence.
D.A.R.E. is designed to be delivered sequentially from grades K-12
Deputy Matt Carr is the D.A.R.E Officer for The Teton County Sheriff’s Office. Deputy Carr teaches D.A.R.E. to Kindergarten through fifth grade at the county schools in Wilson, Kelly and Moran, Wyoming.
